Order Cancellation Policy

We want you to receive your jewelry as soon as possible. In turn, we process orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been placed. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team, within 24 hours of your purchase, via contact@vesseljewels.com and we will make every attempt to honor your request

. We cannot update discount code promos to your order after your order has been placed.

How We Do It

 All orders are usually shipped from our office in Dolan Springs, AZ within 3-5 business days (M-F) of the purchase date. We use domestic shipping through the United Postal Services.

Jewelry Warranty

 What if my jewelry breaks?

If jewelry is damaged upon arrival due to a defective piece or damaged during shipment, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence in order for us to send you a brand new piece. However, after 48 hours we are no longer liable for any breakage caused by the customer. 

We offer jewelry repair/exchange for any damaged necklace/bracelet/ring/waist chain from DBL JEWELRY for a fee. Please email us with a photo of the broken piece & our team will let you know the fee we will charge for repairing your jewelry piece.

HOW TO CARE FOR JEWELRY

1. Remove your jewelry before applying products with fragrances such as makeup, lotions, and perfumes. These products can contain chemicals that will remove the shine of your jewelry over time.

2. Do not swim in your jewelry and remove it before showering. Chlorine can discolor and remove the plated gold coating from your jewelry.

3. Remove jewelry before bed. Bracelets and Necklaces tend to get caught in the covers and tugging them off pressure the jewelry to break.

4. Avoid wearing your jewelry while exercising, as sweat can cause jewelry to tarnish. 

5. Make sure your jewelry is the last part of your getting ready process as this will help prevent jewelry from snatching on your clothes and from getting mixed with fragranced products.
